Dell Technologies Customer Solution Centers (CSC) Global Networking and Security lead, Americas Facilities and Operations Consultant Solution Architect responsible for the functions within the CSC for the Global and Americas region outlined below. Accountable for all Global CSC network and security requirements and facilities DCI for the North America and Latin America CSC locations. Involves working directly with Dell facilities, network and security teams to build out floor space, power, cooling, lighting, networking, & complete data centers for new or existing CSC locations. Also requires monitoring, build-out, configurations, maintenance, security, and updates for all wired and wireless networking operations. The role will function as the direct interface with Dell Facilities and Dell IT and Cyber Security to accommodate all project management needs to complete networking, security and facilities tasks for the associated projects.Responsible for the development, integration, testing, performance testing, and customer engagement functions pertaining to one or more of Dell Technology domains, security, facilities, and network build out. Encompasses working with Dell partners as well as Dell server, storage, networking, and client systems.This role is equal parts facilities, networking, security, operations, development and customer facing. It requires strong technical integration skills and the ability to engage with customers via Technical Briefings, Architectural Design Sessions and Proofs-of-Concept. Additionally, the role necessitates strong technical, written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on the execution and delivery of superior solutions to the marketplace.
