Pictorial Offset Corporation a $60 million full service printing and fulfillment company with approx. 150 employees.Responsibilities• Responsible for the workload for three shifts utilizing over 100 employees including bindery operations , finishing and fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and maintenance departments.• Responsible for the timely delivery of quality printed products to our clients.• Oversee organizational development of Fulfillment Operations, approve all hiring, promotions, terminations, compensation, and team structure decisions.• Senior Project Cost Estimator for all Fulfillment work and Quality Control specifications• Oversee all aspects of Fulfillment production and scheduling, bridging the gap between sales and operations to ensure customer and financial needs are met ; developed and implemented rollout of a production management system for Fulfillment Division.• Facilitated various on-site programs to strengthen the client/vendor relationship• Lead a team of department managers in the training of ISO 9000 certification• Implemented and managed all OSHA and EPA compliance requirements including environmental reporting as EHS Coordinator.
