TH Holsters was founded in 2015 in a garage in Kansas City, stemming from my love of design and engineering. I have a passion for shooting sports and wanted to have quality gear that wouldn't break the bank. So, I started designing and making my own gear. TH Holsters was founded on exactly that. Our mission is to create quality gear at an affordable price for all shooting skill levels. ​​All of our products are meticulously engineered and tested to ensure superior quality and function.

As the Range Check-In Supervisor I was tasked with keeping the range operational. Duties included:- Leading a team of 6-12 individuals- weekly scheduling - updating standard operating procedures - training new employees - identifying problems and developing solutions - weekly inventory maintenance -coordinating with other RCI Supervisors to ensure consistency across all locations

Range check-in (RCI): At RCI, my duties include: ensuring compliance with our range rules. Providing clients with any targets, ammo, or eye and ear protection that is required. And coordinating with the range safety officers about any problematic behavior observed. Sales associate: At the sales department my duties include: Helping clients determine the best firearm and accessories for their needs. Re-stocking firearms, ammunition and accessories. And coordinating with clients that want to transfer firearms using our FFL service. Receiving: At the receiving department, my duties include: receiving merchandise and accessories into our system. Coordinating with our buyers regarding any purchasing issues that arise. And acquire firearms and properly dispose of them in accordance with the ATF.
