Based mainly in the showroom, I am responsible for identifying a need, selling, delivering and demonstrating the appropriate machinery for walk in customers. We stock and have access to a huge range of machinery from many different manufactures.I have some serious commercial end user e.g. the Probation Services, smaller contractors and council contacts which I go and visit from time to time as a need arises, or if I haven't heard from them in a while. Duties here include sourcing demonstration machines from Manufactures or our own stock. This is much more efficient for selling commercial grade machinery.My specialism here is Automower/Robotic mowers, where I manage a team of 3 members of staff who conduct site surveys and install the product into the customers lawn. I am permitted to make my own decisions and request stock to be purchased.

Initially trained on MUAS - Desert Hawk 3, the Regiment rerolled to a Light Gun capability. Having shown technically attributes, I was recommended for a Command Post Assistant role where I developred into a Detachment Commander having being promoted.In 2020 I was promoted again to Bomdardier.In 2022 I became a Defence CBRN Instructor qualifying at Winterbourne Gunner and became the unit SME for CBRN matters.

The meetings were for the Midlands & Wales ASM, and the South London & South East ASM. Taking meetings notes and putting them onto Navision CRM.Other duties included sending and pursing quotes, and investigating leads from wherever they were generated either organically, from the CRM or from own research.
