Early professional experience includes virtual high-throughput screening, homology modeling, application of prediction methods, and machine-learning techniques. Over the last 8 years additional acquired expertise includes database design, database maintenance, application of statistical methods to analyze pre-clinical and clinical data, identification of biomarker from clinical trial data using bioanalytical and statistical software, and clinical protocol and statistical analysis plan development.Recent function at AstraZeneca involved serving as scientific lead and data scientist in translational medicine projects, concerning biomarker detection based on histological data exemplified by exploring the relationships of different histological markers.
