All our staff are trained to our own standards and their work is monitored and then reviewed personally by Tom Hesling, Cotswold Commercial Cleaning’s Managing Director.We are focused on delivering a level of cleaning that the client requires, not on selling cleaning hours or materials, and can offer varying standards of support classified as Gold, Silver and Bronze service levels.We continually strive to find more efficient ways of cleaning our clients facilities and we share the benefits of such efficiency with our clients.We recognise the need for periodic as well as routine cleaning and we develop cleaningprogrammes for our clients that typically include features such as monthly or annual deep cleans, where appropriate.We are flexible about the level of cleaning that is required from one client to another and from one part of a clients facilities to another (e.g. reception and storage areas).We actively seek feedback from our clients and use any critical comments to further improve our service levels.
