My role as a Director, Product Operations is two-fold. On the one hand I spearhead Talent Inc.'s German business line overseeing every aspect of the German speaking market from recruiting to managing our editors and guiding our writer network. On the other hand I'm taking on the role as a Product Manager navigating business essential projects within operations to contribute to the overall company success.

After successfully launching and establishing Talent Inc.'s brand in the German-speaking market my role now is to keep growing and expanding our business. Within one year we were able to triple the number of independent contractors and expanding our customer service department as well as streamline internal and external processes to enable for a great customer experience, however, with still plenty of room to grow. I currently oversee the following areas for our German business: Writer's network, customer service, sales, German editorial team.

Project Manager specifically hired to support the launch of Talent Inc.'s new business branch in Germany. This role included translating and transforming company specific requirements to the German-speaking market, hiring a network of suitable independent contractors to fulfill order requests in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and establishing an extensive knowledge base in German to provide the network with all the necessary tools. Timeline for this setup was less than 3 months.
