I have over 25 years experience in labor, employment and benefits law, more than 24 years thereof as a partner in international law firms and I am co-head of Bird & Bird LLP's International Employment GroupI have extensive experience of advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious issues including: • cross-border and international employment projects• board-room appointments and dismissals, supervisory board elections• collective and trade union matters and negotiations• outsourcing and restructuring projects• the application of the Transfer of Undertakings (“TUPE”) across more than 90 countries• employment aspects of corporate transactions• discrimination issuesI write regularly for the press and I am publisher/author of a comprehensive handbook for board members, a large commentary on antidiscrimination laws, a book on tariffs/collective bargaining agreements and meanwhile two book on remote work especially around the work.
