In this role, I was in charge of all aspects of directing and establishing policy, procedures, and controls for multimedia, video teleconferencing, and broadcasting services. I advised the Commander and users on products, services, productions, resources, and funding. I functioned as Subject Matter Expert for conference room design. I planned and designed a wide variety of mission display art or exhibits from initial planning stage of rough diagrams and often vague guidelines to final production. I managed a multi-media team of 4 in scheduling meetings for Auditorium, 4 VTC rooms, 7 general conference rooms, and 2 meeting rooms. I served on policy-making committees representing the Multimedia Information Office.• Directed $5M budget during construction of 250-seat auditorium and directorate conference rooms.• Functioned as Project Manager for the installation of all audio visual equipment in new Center from 2009 to 2014, including requirements gathering, design, and equipment procurement. • Upgraded video teleconferencing capability in new Center thus saving thousands of dollars in travel costs.• Directed all visual information processes producing over 10K media products annually for the Center. • Provided advice regarding AV equipment and video production systems.Promoted from Superintendent Enterprise Information & Multi-Media, and Visual Information Specialist at the Center, and from Superintendent Command Center Facilities at the HQ Air Force Material Command at Wright-Patterson AFB in OH. Previously served as a Command and Control Teleconferencing Network (C2TN) Operator, and a Graphic Specialist at the base.
