Tom Hildner attended the University of Notre Dame, graduating cum laude, and received his law degree from the University of Virginia where he held a law school scholarship.Tom is admitted to the bars of New Jersey, Virginia, and the U.S. District Courts of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has more than 45 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts in New Jersey, New York and other states in the areas of significant personal injuries, motor vehicle accidents, product liability, personal and commercial insurance coverage, commercial property insurance subrogation (fires, explosions, collapses, and other catastrophic losses), complex commercial litigation, professional malpractice and consumer fraud. He also has very extensive trial and appellate experience in family law matters representing doctors, lawyers, accountants and other professionals and their spouses. Tom has served as an adjunct professor of law at Seton Hall University Law School and has lectured at Rutgers University and The Seton Hall Law School.
