As a Supply Product Manager (SuPM) I am the Supply responsible for one or several product families within Microwave Networks. I am also the main interface towards Product Management and Sourcing regarding future product platforms, product cost and portfolio strategies.This means defining the business oriented Supply requirements on new products as well as their supply chains, drive cost activities and secure cost targets. It also includes gathering requirement input within the Supply organization, performing business case calculations and handshaking these requirements with the Product management functions.I am also be responsible for defining/proposing NPI (New Product Introduction) strategies and to secure decisions regarding supply chains for new products.Furthermore, I will be maintaining and monitoring the implementation of Supply requirements in the NPI. As a Supply Product Manager I will follow our products through the entire life cycle and challenge both the product design and the supply chains.

Global Product Deployment (GPD) at PDU Microwave have the mission to secure successful and smooth deployments of microwave products and solutions into customers networks.The role is to act as a link between R&D, Product Management, Sales and Ericsson’s as well as our customer’s deployment organizations.As a GPD driver I am responsible for 1 or 2 GPD projects at the same time. As the project leader you put together a team with people from design, support, regional responsible and the customer.

Driver for demand implementation at Ericsson Transportation Management team. Business requirement driver to organise activities of reviewing, consolidating, prioritizing and handing over requirements to the IT project within the TMS (Transportation Management System, SAP) transformation program. Represent the business side of the program and monitor the IT project.

Develop microwave transmission courses on new Ericsson releases.Conduct courses for customers and Ericsson personnel.Have conducted courses in 30 countrys.Typ of courses: Installation, Operation and Maintenance, Planning, Supervision Management. Products: Ericsson Microwave product portfolio.Responsible for all hardware at the Global Competence Center for Microwave Solutions.

PP Development IP BB main responsibility is to develop and maintain product packages for Packet Core, IP Networks, Microwave, NMS and Opto products. Our main goal is at all time continuously improve our deliverables for our users.The PP Support Engineer:• Has a key role in product packaging • Is the main contact person towards product packaging users in the regions• Collects feedback from users of product packages and drives improvements to secure ease of use• Is responsible for and operates the Product Packaging Helpdesk• Is responsible for analyses and statistics for support and trouble reports• Verifies quality and ease of use of our product packages• Spreads knowledge about product packaging and performs education of product package users• Works closely with colleagues within Product Packaging and with Product Management
