Assists the buyer with purchase order confirmation, expediting orders, issue resolution, and receiving discrepancies. Served as the location's Human Resource Manager which included proper communication, scheduling, approval and submission if time cards, following procedure for worker's compensation, employee and/or customer incidents and injury procedures. Counsel and coach underperforming employees. Communicated merchandising and advertising strategies to the staff and reviewed stock levels to ensure adequate inventory. Assured the facility was properly maintained and cleaned.
