Responsible for organizing magazine Publisher statements for the Marketing Department. Provides all necessary documents for the audit process and communicates with magazine clients on circulation controls for incoming new orders on a weekly basis. Maintains excel worksheets on magazine circulation use for managing inventory and checking for imbalances. Schedules statement client review meetings to discuss current statement, changes, and needed documents. Works with the Programming Department to correct Subscriber records on the mainframe or circulation changes in the database.

Responsible for solving package issues on the Hold Report and communicating these issues to Marketing Services. Sets up dimensions for new items in SST and sends receiver samples to Marketing Services. Advises Marketing Services regarding bad stock that will be scrapped. Advises Purchasing of any vendor issues with stock. Collects all inserted and live samples requested by Marketing Services. Uses the Flash Monitor in SST to ensure packages have the correct mail date and mail class. Creates operational sheets for NG packages. Sends all NG mail approval samples and releases the mail approval packages once approved. Verifies and releases Attached Mail and Single Stream packages. Creates new match mail templates for new match mail packages. Meets with Marketing Services once a month to discuss trends, potential problems, and possible solutions to current problems.

Responsible for the daily inventory discrepancy report which identifies stock variances. Investigates all variances of greater than 2,500 pieces, determines reason for variance and individual responsible, updates spreadsheet in Elite system and provides electronically to supervisor and upper level management. Creates and distributes four reports on a weekly basis: warehouse accuracy report, inventory discrepancy report, error accuracy report, and employee production error report. Schedules weekly meetings with warehouse supervisors to discuss inventory trends.
