He carried out this role for a few years and then received training and promotions to then become the Operations Coordinator of the home. This role included looking after the homes Health and Safety policy ensuring that this was compliable with the standards set from the CQC and carrying out all necessary Risk Assesments for staff, residents and any other aspect for the home.Thomas also design staff training which was presented for Fire Training and Health Safety training ensuring all staff understood and knew their role to prevent any accidents in the workplace.
