• Ensure product quality through process adherence• Ensure maintenance systems and PM requirements• Adherence to manufacturing shop floor production schedules and ensure efficient production runs• Use good communication to relay production and quality alerts to shop floor operators• Maintain adherence to process documentation such as FMEA, Control Plan and Production Processes• Supervise all equipment change overs and ensure quality start up and first piece requirements• Oversee compliance with shop practices and standardized work instructions• Supervise 5s compliance in accordance to shop policy to ensure a clean and safe environment• Write a yearly review for shop floor operators

- Operator's are responsible for maintaining high production multi-spindle CNC machinery in a clean environmentally controlled department that demands the highest safety and quality possible.- Operators are responsible for daily P.M.’s, start-up/shut down, tooling changes, Quality checks and equipment adjustments.- Set-up, adjust and operate high precision CNC equipment to efficiently produce precision machined parts, maintaining high safety and quality standards.- Execute basic math skills, GD&T and be able to read and use micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges.- Execute troubleshooting problem solving skills.
