- Liaising with current and potential clients regarding their requirements for site wide temperature monitoring.- Assisting in the startup and build of a new portable temperature system to improve client HACCP compliance.- Overseeing the move from paper database to fully integrated online CRM database with Zoho CRM.- Working with consultants to build the start of a franchise project. Including: work on a Business Plan, Competitor Analysis, and Market Research.- Running the marketing project. Including liaising with a graphic designer, to complete marketing brochures.- Acting as the company Internal Auditor for ISO9001 Compliance. This year long project required working with all members of the team, and working closely with external auditors.

- Work as part of the team carrying out quarterly stock take.- Work across all departments within store, ensuring the shop is fully stocked where possible.- Always providing a high level of customer service.- Assisting with cashing up the tills. - Helping to train new employees.

- Creation of new customer database using Microsoft Excel. - Visiting clients across South East England to check refrigeration systems and assist in the installation of new temperature monitoring parts. - Preparing and sorting stock for new and existing clients.
