As a Project Manager I am responsible for the delivery of up to 30 projects at a time, focusing on an 8 week implementation timeline; however I have experience working on shorter 2-3 week timelines and timelines of 6 months and up. In my time as a Project Manager I have earnt the business £200k in CapEx, and increased Annual Reccuring Revenue by over £50k. To do this I dedicate my time to understanding the clients business needs, liaising with clients to ensure key delivery dates and requirements are adhered to and internally managing 10 FTE resource to ensure client demands are met. I occasionally meet with the client stakeholders in-person to discuss technical requirements, and advise on any upgrades that are required.My largest project in this role was for Kozo, a multi-national business based in Rwanda and involved the implementation of 19 pieces of hardware and associated software. The project generated £25k CapEx and ongoing monthly subscription fees.The project involved; project initiation documentation, stakeholder management, project planning, requirements gathering, software development, training, liaison with third parties due to the international requirements, installation, and aftercare.I have to coordinate resources across several internal departments and ensure all activities are aligned and delivered on time and to my client’s satisfaction.I am competent in prioritisation and time management, and I am not afraid to ask for support if required.I have also completed my training for the Prince2 Agile Practitioner certification.

I assisted the Project Management team with the day-to-day operations of over 100 projects. I was responsible for day-to-day communication with the clients, setting up project initiation documentation, ensuring internal best practices were adhered to and general administration of each project, ensuring all projects flow smoothly through the project initiation phase into completion. During my time in this role, I also oversaw the implementation of small additional kit installations and assisted in rewriting processes based on key lessons learned.

I oversaw the onboarding of 20+ new clients monthly, earning the company £25k per month and increasing Annual Recurring Revenue by £100k by providing an all-in-one Project Management, System Design, Training package and including overseeing the installation of the completed project. I would manage upwards of 30 projects at a time, prioritising my own workload and delegating tasks to others if necessary.

As Team Leader of the System Architect Team, I was responsible for managing the workload of 5 people whilst ensuring key KPIs were met. During this time, I was responsible for the design of the most valuable projects the business had, alongside: prioritising the team’s workloads, managing day-to-day operation of the System Architects, advising the Project Management team on the best way to implement a system. I overcame the difficulty of holding a management position whilst all my team members were older than me. I gained their trust and respect as their manager by; engaging on a one-to-one basis to understand their aspirations and how I could help, fostering a good team ethos and improving collaboration, developing their skills and experience for the future.

Here I created and edited software systems for hospitality venues, tailoring their system to the businesses individual needs and picked up all the information quickly. I also assisted with the diagnosis of issues when the systems malfunctioned and often helped fix the problems. I quickly became one of the most proficient members of the team, with most questions being directed at me or the team leader.
