Hired by one of the nation’s largest consumer bankruptcy firms to optimize operations prior to planned expansion. Drilled down into existing workflows with employee interviews, assessments, and diagramming. Examined existing on-prem systems, then centralized, standardized, and linked data from multiple systems (MS SQLServer, SqlAnywhere, Clarion Topspeed). Negotiated with software and service vendors to transition from on-prem applications to SAAS. Maintained compliance with PCI, Privacy Act, GLBA, and other regulatory standards.
