Just several examples are a 2023 Colorado state court trial award of $963,000 in the Dawdy, et al. v. Hiatt, et al. business dispute; in Savant Homes, Inc. v. Collins, a copyright dispute, we obtained the dismissal of all claims against our clients and the award of attorney's fees, both by the federal district court and by the 10th Circuit; in Saturn Systems v. Militaire, we won damages and attorneys' fees at the state and appellate level for breach of contract and theft of trade secrets. Thomas P.
