My first year at Nutter McCIennan & Fish, LLP I co-tried a four week trial in federal court. My legal career as a trial lawyer has continued ever since. While at Nutter McCIennan & Fish I became the editor of the intellectual property newsletter and began writing about the developing field of intellectual property law, as well as handling several trademark and copyright disputes. I also assisted with several large antitrust matters, a career choice that I have returned to in subsequent cases throughout my career.
