I focused on customer service and constant improvement to perpetually refine the process to deliver better and better results.This process is something I learned from my software development ventures that focuses on methods for delivering and updating code in a fast and efficient process commonly referred to as Scrum. The method serves me well in both my software developments and my legal services.
