I started my apprenticeship with Green King, one of the largest pub companies in the UK however, once I had completed my apprenticeship I started working in a Michelin star restaurant where I learnt invaluable skills and techniques which only fuelled me to take my work further. I moved to working at multiple fine dining restaurants in sous chef and head chef roles helping design and develop menus that were seasonal, inventive and totally new to customers. I now work as a self employed private chef were I get to showcase my skills to my own clients one to one, with every clients experience being unique to them. My company gives clients the restaurant experience in the comfort of there own home traveling the world with new modern dishes among authentic flavours and techniques.
