In LEGO, I am owning the E2E process(Idea, Preparation, Realization, Implementation, Evaluation) of APAC workplace projects which includes Portfolio Management, Transaction Management, Project Management. In Jan. I joined Honeywell in Mar. Y2011 as a Construction Project Manager and promoted to Regional Project Manager in Jan of Y2014. I started the internship with Bovis Lend Lease in Jul. Y2007 and then joined in Mar. Y2008 as a Project Engineer and promoted to Package Manager in May of Y2010.Responsibilities:• Prepare the RFP and SOW, lead the sourcing for PEMB/CSA/Fitting out package.• Review construction drawings.• Monitor contractors’ site performance which incl.HSE/Quality/Schedule.• Manage change order and payment for PEMB/CSA/Fitting out package and review regularly with Commercial Manager .• Close out the package.Key Reference Projects:• Manage fitting out package for Australian Pavilion Project (2010 EXPO) This project includes1,600 sqm VIP area and 6,200 sqm public area and has high requirement to acoustic and quality. Also needs to work together with global suppliers and donators. This project is delivered on time with recognition from Chairman Hu and the Commissioning General/Pavilion Director.• Manage CSA/PEMB package for GE Aviation (Suzhou) Project (General Contract Value: 85M RMB, GFA: 18,500sqm, warehouse: 3,500sqm) This project is completed on schedule and on budget.
