The Visitor Experience Associate provides energetic customer service and hospitality experience through “customer centered” concepts. Key Responsibilities• Warmly greets all visitors by creating a welcoming and friendly environment where they receive prompt, efficient, and pleasant service in person, on the phone, and via e-mail. • Anticipates and responds to visitor needs by providing accurate and helpful information about the Science Center and its offerings, including programs, movies and membership.• Proactively and continuously finds way to enhance the Visitor Experience.• Efficiently and effectively processes visitors from gate/sales stations and points of entry using computerized ticketing system. • Moves throughout assigned exhibit galleries maintaining high visibility and pro-actively assists visitors with questions and interacts with them regarding the exhibits and associated educational content. • Manages visitor flow within galleries, serves as “soft security presence” giving special attention to matters of health and safety of visitors, staff, the exhibits, and the facility.• Assists with group arrival and departure procedures including, but not limited to logistical coordination & greeting of buses, off-loading passengers, and escorting groups to their on-site destinations.• Solicits and records visitor feedback, suggestions, complaints, and compliments about their experience at the Science Center. Makes management aware of such feedback.• Supports the retail operations of the Gift Shop including restocking inventory, processing sales transactions and providing customer service.Contributes positively and enthusiastically as part of a team-oriented department. • Alerts supervisory staff of potential problems and possibilities.• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.• As the primary sales force of Science Center Membership, promotes and educates visitors on the benefits of the program.• Other duties as assigned

• Deliver concessions, kitchen, and bar items to correct guests while embodying Nice and Amazing Service by following all In-Seat Dining procedures. • Work closely with expediter to ensure all food orders are correct, and delivered simultaneously, in an efficient and professional manner. • Bring all items that guest will need to enjoy their dishes including utensils, sauces, and napkins. • Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, upselling, and demonstrating knowledge of the menu. • Assist with the auditoriums cleaning and removing dishes from guests as they go. • Being of service to peers and assisting them when needed — including the scanning tickets for guests, cleaning, restroom checks, and ringing up guests at concessions or box office. • When needed assistance of crowd control and seating of guests, always being alert and attentive to guest needs. • Being cognizant of issues with movie projections-communicating with management or the projectionist when issues arise. • Informing management of guest complaints and or maintenance requests.• Completing all opening, mid, and closing procedures - including but not limited to venue side work. • Attending and participating in trainings and meetings. • Other duties as assigned.

What I do for the Street Team, is help advertise/promote WWE NXT LIVE Events across Central Florida along with the WWE Student Initiative Team from Full Sail University.WWE NXT is WWE's Developmental Branch based in Orlando, Florida.

This was the day in which my Sports Events and Entertainment classmates worked at the Citrus Bowl for the Central Florida Sports Commission.During this event we handed out flyers/programs to the fans and spectators who entered the Citrus Bowl on that day, and we prepared the trophies for both teams who won and lost.
