Responsible for all quality assurance aspects of three 22, 17 and 13 storey concrete superstructure works including pre and post pour submissions. Measuring concrete pours, providing quantities of concrete required for weekly order to management, weekly progress and co-ordination meetings with main contractor, producing operations and maintenance manual, monthly environmental reports, assist engineers on site, produce as built surveys for site engineers on Auto Cad, mark up drawings for permit use and record keeping, work with quantity surveyors to determine costs of additional works, book in deliveries, send off weekly wages, manage site PPE, general document control.
