Originally hired on at Lamparth Consulting which was bought by SCHOTT North America in 2021 and I have continued gaining experience and knowledge through my position of Information Technology at SCHOTT. My responsibilities include:- Answering help desk phone and assisting end users- Routing tickets and report gathering through ServiceNow- Program installation and deployments- Monthly backups on central hub servers- Communications to IT staff and end users- Managing end users accounts, via active directory- Pleasent Password Server and Keepass setup and user adminstration- Troubleshooting issues with Desktops, Laptops, Network devices, printers, iLobby, Label printers, remote users and locations- New desktop and laptop rollouts including imaging, profile creation, domain access, application installations, email setups, VPN configuration, data restores- Administration services DLO including profile creation, data limit increases, backup restores, deleting old data on the server side and client side
