I have worked for 20 years as an attorney in litigation departments for various law firms and agencies. Much of my work is focused on managing complex, multi-million dollar, commercial litigation document reviews involving millions of documents. As a project manager I work with clients to establish the scope, track the progress, and provide daily metrics of the review. I established and managed budgets and supervise the review of a staff of hundreds of contract attorneys reviewing documents for responsiveness, confidentiality, and privilege. In addition to managing reviews, I performed legal research, prepared for and took depositions, drafted dispositive motions and wrote memoranda to senior counsel about various phases of the litigation.
