The second project focused on the impact of room temperature on bacterial broth for downstream transport and processing, measuring the rate of cell lysis over time. Both projects required the calculation and synthesis of specialized media in different concentrations, meticulous data recording, and the use of various laboratory equipment. I am well-versed in professional laboratory operations, including aseptic technique, reagent preparation, and waste disposal. I have hands-on experience with recombinant protein expression, chromatographic protein purification, and the use of advanced molecular methods.
