Current• Reviews information on resource usage across projects or programs and plans for future requirements and investments at the business unit level• Guides organization-wide resource utilization to maximize performance and value add; monitors the organization’s operational efficiency• Partners with key stakeholders to build organization-wide improvements to impact the quality of products, services and processes• Establishes a culture that values high quality delivery of information; works to continuously improve the organization’s level of operational excellence• Balances short-term considerations with long-term goals, ensuring that critical deliverables are met• Helps other leaders proactively identify staffing needs/resources to accomplish dept goals• Plans for and assigns financial/material resources effectively across the business unit/function and in line with organizational resources and goals• Develops new methods, dashboards and tools for reporting aggregated service delivery results• Holds the organization and teams accountable for closing service delivery gaps, providing expert coaching on the implementation of initiatives• Develops long-term strategy for teams across the business to meet with customers and discuss feedback on products or services• Utilizes deep knowledge of the customer to understand unstated expectations and measure the performance of solutions against needs• Develops the strategy to meet long-term needs of the customer, endeavoring for the relationship to be viewed by the customer as indispensable and irreplaceable• Cultivates strategic partnerships between the organization and key constituents and allies (e.g., vendors, customers, industry groups, government); facilitates strategic connections and navigates relationship challenges• Creates an atmosphere and team culture that promotes trust among a large diverse team Relies on executive-level customer relationships to partner to solve inevitable issues on major initiatives
