• Successfully managed election for over 300 seats on the 34 councils, increasing turnout by 7 % over prior election (44 % as opposed to 37%) and setting a record for total number of eligible parent leaders who voted.
• In response to council member requests, refocused training program on organizational and management issues resulting in 95% approval rating from participants in revamped program.
• Created informal newsletter for highlighting council accomplishments and activities and sharing best practices.
