Feasibility Expert
Current- Acting as a gatekeeper for new incoming projects- Interacting with Arla sites worldwide and demonstrating the capabilities of Arla IT to stakeholders- Initial meetings for incoming projects and streamline communication and coordination between various stakeholders, both internal and external- Evaluate overall technical understanding of incoming projects to categorize criticality and technical complexity- Ensure all queries, issues and requests are addressed and routed to the appropriate colleagues- Build and maintain effective communication, provide updates and facilitate smooth collaboration- Ensure timely provision of necessary information for the team to complete feasibility studies within established deadlines
