After a lifetime in business development and marketing & sales for global players in the multimedia and chemical industry, I decided to turn my hobby into business when I founded The Whisky Chamber in 2006.Besides collecting and selling rare old whiskies, I focus on unusual whiskies with special traits and flavours that show the spirit of its distillery. By maturing or finishing the whisky in special casks like Rum, Madeira or Port, I look to emphasize their distinct characters. Every year I bottle about 15 whiskies under the Whisky Chamber that reflect the wide range of flavours available from the different regions in Scotland.
