I run cross functional teams and help them produce software solutions that focus on what our consumer and business users really need. This involves being part of the day to day development process as well as mentoring and directing team members so they can progress in their career development.I also work closely with a variety of stakeholders (such as product, design, and other technical leads) across the organisation to help them understand the benefits and trade offs of solutions to customer problems they may be considering.

Wide range of responsibilities including administering servers, designing and implementing new features, maintaining existing code, deploying releases, managing backlog priorities, providing technical support for users and producing reports for management areas of the business.
