Throughout my life I have experience working in customer service, HVAC systems, residential carpentry, paint mixing, and sales. Customer service was when I worked at a restaurant as a valet and host. This experience allowed me to be trusted with expensive vehicles and make relationships with regular customers. During my time in HVAC I worked commercially at locations like Tufts University and Northeast Animal shelter. My job consisted of me putting tin in place to run controlled air throughout the building. I spent four years at the paint store that I worked at and in that time I had many different situations I had to solve with customers. These problems would be a step by step process so customer service became a key element in my working life. More recently I have been remodeling homes with my father in New Hampshire doing carpentry involving materials list, sub-contractor scheduling, and material drop offs. Skills that I have obtained through working include using heavy machinery, scheduling, and making the job site to OSHA standards. I am very interested in green construction taking classes to further my knowledge and always trying to do more research for myself. Sales experience at a Benjamin Moore Dealership gives me good knowledge of paint as a site material and also customer relations. I am now currently a construction manager for Toll Brothers. I am a Minuteman so Go UMASS!
