Working with NALCO Champion Downstream, a very well-known Oil and Water refinery company to collaborate their accounts with ZetaSafe® (" a cloud based solution to accurately and efficiently Collect, Manage and Share data for Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance"). This is a complex and unique role as it is my responsibility to process the standing up the accounts of each site within Nalco throughout the World.My strong understanding of the system along with engagement with Site Representatives and hierarchies across both Companies enables me to build strong relationships and communication between ZetaSafe and Nalco. Communication in this role is vital to maintain when working through this process, as it involves handling business sensitive data and usually conversing with individuals where English is their second language. Being able to adapt my interpersonal skills almost hourly is a huge advantage to myself and the Account Reps I am working with. Additionally, the complex process that we work to on a daily basis is constantly being improved from feedback from representatives and my team constantly improves this complex process on a daily basis. It is my role to voice these proposed changes to the appropriate persons and help adapt the process for any changes that may be accepted.It is important for me to understand fully the changes happening in order to be fully proficient in the system and process. Therefore, I gain the trust of our representative and their engagement is at a maximum.

My role at ZetaSafe has a variety of responsibilities:- Training a wide range of ZetaSafe clients all over the UK and providing support and consultancy services.- The coordinating and implementation of ZetaSafe, including migrations from other software services.- I have created and maintained all ZetaSafe training materials and internally training a team of ZetaSafe trainers, ensuring excellent training services are provided at all times. This ranges from PowerPoints and written guides to Training Videos- Helping businesses and institutions to keep within health and safety guidelines and laws with the creation of bespoke compliance schemes.- Helped build and lead a team that were tasked with a specific project within the business. From this lead a 6 month secondment to Charleston, South Carolina to build a similar team in our overseas office.- Whilst in the United States, I was the bridge between the two offices, building up overseas relationships and also using my knowledge of ZetaSafe 2 to improve the implementation and support of the American clientèle.
