Responsible for direct sales and C-Level client relationships in a territory of new prospects and existing customers of CRD’s front and middle office investment management solution. • Target clients include all Buy-side market segments – Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Alternatives, Insurance & Wealth Management. • Execute on a consultative sales approach of understanding client’s technical requirements and current constraints. Demonstrating an understanding of the current state, target state solution and scale of economics. • Manage extensive contract and service agreement negotiations. • Developed and maintain a detailed sales pipeline and forecasting report. • Become client advocate to ensure customer experience is met.

Responsible for coordinating service delivery, changes, and support. As a FIX network support specialist I am also responsible for implementing, testing, certifying, and acting as problem support/resolution for Charles River Network clients.Coordinate with clients, internal Charles River colleagues, and network vendor(s) to facilitate the following service-related functions:-design, specification, and provisioning-testing and certification-go-live implementation-on-going changes and enhancements-problem troubleshooting, support, and resolution

Position focuses on the managing, predicting and increasing sales of high voltage test and measurement products within the electrical utility industry throughout the United States. This role requires an in depth knowledge of the products and their applications in order to conduct live product demonstrations, demonstration over the internet (Web Ex), customer training, attending industry trade show, and managing a network of local factory representatives throughout the United States. Additional responsibilities are working with new product development, working with existing product redesign, service and repair issues for customers, and market research.
