I am an African American Studies Librarian at Robert W. Woodruff Library, with over 10 years of experience in reference and instruction. I hold a Master of Library and Information Science from Valdosta State University and a Master of Professional Studies in African-American/Black Studies from Cornell University.My mission is to advance critical thinking in education, inspired by Dr. King's vision of true education as both intensive thinking and character development. I empower learners to think critically, foster a deeper understanding of the world and their place within it, and support faculty and students in their research and teaching endeavors. I have expertise in Africana Studies, History, and Information Management, and I also offer consulting services to academic and community organizations.
