Optimize the business with respect to strategic planning, capital efficiency, financial improvements and safety, and key performance indicators management and maintain and exceed the budget and field operating profit objectives and targets. Ensure local and corporate compliance at all times. Grow the region through maintaining existing market share, service quality of legacy product lines and introduce new business units and technology into the region. Develop and motivate the product lines and support function teams in the country, establishing a team building and safety culture.Key achievements:Played a major roll setting up a $40 million 3 year contract with Sonatrach, and 100+ personnel.Managed ADA MPD, UBD and Air Drilling to render highest regional field operating.Set up of Algerian bases implemented full control of inventory and assets.Produced and enforced operational costs.Completed all logistics and procurement of equipment
