As the Executive Director of Victory House Of Lehigh Valley, I oversee the operations, programs, and services of a nonprofit organization that provides transitional housing, shelter and intensive services for homeless veterans and men in recovery. With more than six years of experience at Victory House, I have progressed from Director of Programs and Services, to Associate Executive Director to and finally to Executive Director, demonstrating my leadership, vision, and dedication to the mission. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation and Therapeutic Professions from Penn State University, and I have developed director level skills in managing budgets, fundraising, strategic planning, board relations, and staff supervision. I am passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals and find stability and dignity in their lives. I work collaboratively with our team, our partners, and our community to ensure that Victory House delivers high-quality and compassionate care and assistance to those in need.
