Our brokerage operations place nearly all lines of commercial property/casualty, health and welfare insurance coverage in many niche practice groups around the world. During my more than 40+ year career, I’ve had the opportunity to spend many years working directly in the field - to help build our construction practice, to lead our international arm and now in my current role as CEO of our property and casualty brokerage operations, to support a team of incredible people who constantly strive to provide the best insurance and risk management services to our clients. While Gallagher has grown to a Fortune 500 company in my time, I’m proud of what’s stayed the same since my grandfather founded Gallagher in 1927. We believe in The Gallagher Way - the 25 tenants my Uncle penned more than 30 years ago - where we commit as an organization to practice empathy, integrity and compassion.
