Primary role is to promote and provide technical support for SGS - Silver State Laboratory's Elko and Northeastern Nevada region's environmental and drinking water analytical and field support services. As the sole Silver State representative in Elko, I ● Manage the Elko office representing SGS-Silver State Analytical Laboratories● Provide technical support for existing northeastern Nevada clients and promote opportunities to sales prospects for improved environmental safety and health value opportunities through Silver State Analytical.● Promote environmental safety and Company image within the Elko community● Perform local accredited bacteriological analysis and maintain Elko’s accreditation for these analysis with Nevada’s NDEP BSDW ● Pack and ship samples received for chemical analysis to appropriate accredited full service laboratories within Silver State's laboratory system. ● Support and maintain equipment for sales and rental services within Silver State's northeastern Nevada's mining, water utility, construction, and business market.● With the acquisition of Silver State Laboratories by SGS in 2022, I also serve on internal Teams exploring wider North American market opportunities and technical challenges which draw on my prior analytical experience within the recycling and mining industries.

For Scorpio Gold’s Mineral Ridge (MRG) property:• Develop and maintain metallurgical accounting systems, • Audit/witness offsite gold recovery, smelting, and recovery operations,• Develop, maintain, and improve laboratory quality control and quality assurance systems, • Develop and maintain laboratory and metallurgical testing procedures• Train and support laboratory staff in analytical and metallurgical methods, • Develop and train staff in use of laboratory accounting and budget modeling programs,• Develop and research analytical support equipment and instrument for application or purchase,• Radiation Control contact and Officer for Mineral tracking and portions of environmental compliance systems, and• Serve as a training resource for spreadsheet and database development for the MRG site.

Managed a staff of 20 (18 laboratory plus 2 geotechs for mine operations sampling) for providing laboratory operating coverage 24-7. Laboratory management scope included staff, budget, analytical quality control, assaying operations and sampling operations. The laboratory performed assaying in support of mine, mill and exploration operations, metallurgical testing and reporting, mill process sampling, and geo sampling at drills and underground portals. Routine analytical techniques applied within the laboratory included wet chemical methods (titrations, extractions, digestions, etc.), fire assay, bullion analysis, and metallurgical process model testing (lab roasters, leach tests, Bond tests, etc.). Supported instrumental techniques supported included atomic absorption, colorimetry and cold vapor mercury and hydride methods.
