I've been in the agriculture industry since 2016 when I started as a Farm Hand on a small family-run farm in the South West of Western Australia. Since then I've worked my way up to a managerial position on a large-scale corporate avocado operation. During my career, I have developed a deep appreciation for farmers' needs and wants in an increasingly more challenging economy and climate.
