Danaher's Operations Leadership Program (OLP) is a two-year operations based program which covers four different roles, spanning two locations.

Worked on various aspects of the design for Recycling Technologies’ RT7000 machine alongside a team of engineers. Modelled an extensive range of parts including heat exchangers, piping and separation columns. Created technical drawings for the welding of pipework. Actively engaged in design meetings for all parts I was involved in the modelling for.

During the internship I researched and purchased compressed air piping and equipment, learnt how to create and use P&IDs, learnt about Kanban, designed and 3D printed frames and equipment and helped to set up DFX (design for excellence).
