I have worked as a content creator for a podcast studio since 2019. My team and I started a small online content-creation business responsible for generating weekly podcasts and YouTube videos. This business, Talking Pictures Studios, tells the story of various types of media ranging from silent films to text-based video games. Our team has published over one-hundred hours of content in the form of five different programs. I helped brainstorm and create this content as well as perform on the show and maintain a media presence on different social media platforms. Collaborating with my team, I wrote copy for the program on a weekly basis that helped tell the story of the film on which we were working. In addition to my work as a content creator, I write and design syllabi as well as research and publish pieces of writing. Furthermore, I have experiencing presenting complex research to large audiences of professionals. I have more than six years of experience with these roles. While working as an instructor with UConn, I developed skills in planning and executing classes using educational technology platforms to generate high-quality educational experiences. When preparing articles, I research my topic extensively in order to present data-driven insights for publication. My interest in research had initially inspired me to pursue a Ph.D., and has now led me to pursue other avenues in research and content management. I also have seven years of experience as an actor working in theater and film in the New York City area.
