Dominium’s Capital Markets group is responsible for developing and overseeing an institutional framework for the company’s debt and equity relationships. This highly strategic role will oversee the creation and development of new programmatic capital relationships and structures that lead to a streamlined financing for both the equity and debt by focusing on efficiency and innovation. The Senior Vice President of Capital Markets is also responsible for the negotiation of specific deal terms and the closing of the individual financing of the projects subject to the needs of the development team leads.
