As strategic business partner in HR matters in assigned areas, I supported HR, Operations, Payroll and IT Departments by delivering data-driven information to improve services, tracking, and reporting. My team administered HCM application implementations, special projects and system enhancements. I also guided teams on negotiating and managing contracts, process improvements, system implementation, vendor selection and management, relationship management, and project/program management.• Consulted and steered large retail client through life cycle of HCM implementation from vendor selection, business case creation, contract and pricing negotiation to implementation; administered $780K project budget and led program team of three consultants, eight client resources, and five vendor resources to oversee 6K employees in 500+ locations.• Oversaw employee engagement initiative for convenience store retailer; administered $180K project budget and led program team of three consultants and one vendor resource to oversee 18K employees in 600+ locations.

I employed HCM solutions to streamline recruiting and onboarding, manage employee experience, optimize client labor spend, analyze data to make critical business decisions, and eliminate compliance missteps. I managed complex projects to implement best practices, labor management, and systems integration strategies. My efforts improved cost structures and business models to synchronize business and technology areas.
