As a junior risk analyst, Thomas provides support to a number of Gate 15 projects including to critical infrastructure owners and operators, information sharing and analysis centers (ISACS), and organizations (ISAOS). Gate 15 supports owner and operators/clients across critical infrastructure in a variety of homeland security and risk management areas including threat intel and analysis and preparedness in support of all-hazards (cyber, physical, natural disasters, health) crisis and incident management and information sharing operations.

As Research Coordinator, Thomas gathers analytical data and information about the cannabis industry, industry partners, and current industry trends to further the cooperation of cannabis industry leaders across America. Thomas also writes blog posts and helpful informative essays for industry associates to read and learn from.

As social chair, Thomas was in charge of planning events with different organizations through Theta Chi to help benefit the fraternity’s presence across campus and across chapters from across the nation. Thomas was also part of the chapter’s Executive Board, which makes decisions for the Eta Lambda chapter of Theta Chi on campus and works hand in hand with the national board of Theta Chi. Thomas managed a budget of approximately $16,000 to use for events held throughout the semester.
