• Process applications for Home Equity loans / lines of credit, Personal loans / lines of credit, and New / Used auto loans, both traditional & Check Ready auto loans from application to closing• Profile clients to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate PNC products and services to meet those needs• Provide superior customer service by taking ownership of client issues and achieving resolution that meets or exceeds client expectations• Prospect existing PNC Bank clients in order to increase funds on deposit and grow client financial relationship• Handle all manner of client transactions efficiently and accurately by following set protocol to ensure quality client experience and compliance with stated policy• Follow up with recently acquired clients at regular intervals to enhance cross-sale opportunities• Routinely exceed projected goals and quotas• Built strong relationships with service partners to better understand full range of products and services available to PNC clients• Receive consistent 5 star rating through customer surveys
