Overseeing strategic delivery and operational performance ensuring that the organisations objectives are met and that they proactively respond to the charter for social housing residents.I work in a methodical and logical manner and have the ability to resolve issues or challenges by proactively identifying solutions. I do this by working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, developing strong partnerships based on trust and respect. I also like to ensure that residents are involved in developing solutions, ensuring that the 'resident voice' is at the root of all solutions.I am extremely committed to continuous improvement and always look to challenge myself to be the best that I can be.
