With experience at distribution and vendor levels my attention to detail to provide the customer with the correct solution for their needs is exceptional.I work with a large customer base of AV resellers, providing them with technical pre-sales knowledge, product recommendations, and account management support. Alongside my work with resellers is the end-users. From my time working at a vendor having direct contact with the end-users has been important to make sure the values and solution is relayed to them in the correct way. My mission is to enable my customers and partners to achieve their goals and create engaging and collaborative learning and working environments with the best AV technology.
