I discovered my ardent love for animation when I was eighteen and have dedicated myself to the craft for the last six years. I spent four years studying and working hard to go to college, spending almost all my time outside of college in work or continuing to study via youtube videos or using my limited budget to purchase online courses so I become as good as my peers.In my second year I became fascinated by cinematography and storyboarding. Since then I haven’t watched films the same, I’m always studying a film as I watch it whether it’s for the first or hundredth time. I also discovered in that time how much I loved to collaborate with people. Listening to the guidance and opinions of my mentors and peers and helping others with solutions to their problems. I’ve found that taking someone's idea and adding to it or having others elevate my own ideas is an incredibly rewarding experience for me.I’ve found that within the last few years I have developed good communication and interpersonal skills. At my old job during college I became a mentor to newer employees and in college I was the Vice President of the Animation Society as well as a Class Representative. I enjoy helping others and working together to achieve shared goals.One of the things I’m best known for is my diligence and drive to further my abilities as an artist. I’m always seeking out new artists to learn from to try incorporate their teachings in an attempt to refine my own processI love to problem solve. During my time at Examfly any time a problem arose during the production of a video I always enjoyed figuring out quick and inventive solutions. This is something that is present in my storyboard work, figuring out how to utilise all the elements of a scene to circumvent any technical issues. I believe creativity shines brightest when our choices are fewest.Outside of work I love anything to do with Film and TV. I love video games and board games too. Outside of the house I love to travel and try new experiences, be it activities, food or experience new cultures.I enjoy meeting people and hearing new perspectives.
